Spreading majestically westwards from Pokhara, Fewa Tal is the second-largest lake in Nepal. On calm days, the mountains of the Annapurna range are perfectly reflected in the mirrored surface of the lake. Away from the shore, the water is clean and deep and the dense forest along the south side of the lake provides shelter for brilliant white egrets.
The best way to appreciate Phewa Tal is by rowboat. Marny peop1e walk or cycle around the lakeshore, the trek up to the World Peace Pagoda afford breathtaking view, over the tal and the mountain beyond.

Splendid! Really good work. Now I can see the fishtail mountain staying in Africa. It is now more easy for me to describe Nepal to my foreign colleagues. Sooner I am expecting to see the virtual tour of Lumbini, Everest, Mustang and very other touristic places.
Thank you very much for taking the initiation of this great work. I hope we'll have more projects sooner.
We are trying to launch new features in NepalOpedia. Guide section is one of them. We are in beta testing of Guide section. So it will be updated very soon........
